Extremely difficult it is to use beyond making a simple phone call. A flip phone actually provides much more usable functionality. I haven't completed the return of the phone to the vendor, but so far they have been responsive.

"Amazon renewed"?
This is for the Verizon "unlocked" version. The phone was "Amazon Renewed". Now the phone looked new BUT the battery was dead. The sim lock for #1 sim was broken. I was able to get the phone to work by replacing the battery and reattaching the SIM lock.I am using it with a GoogleFi and it works as advertised.This phone was "renewed" by "CellCow Certified Refurbished". I don't know what quality control that company uses, but if I see another product being sold by "CellCow Certified Refurbished", I am going to look at a different vendor.

Not actually Unlocked
Received phone everything was fine except it’s not an unlocked phone it was still locked with AT&T

The phone is a piece of crap the text message don't come through and they did not send the right charger or the tool for the Sim card

Not unlocked and still under contract
This phone is advertised as factory unlocked. But it is still locked by Att and they cannot unlock because phone is still under contract. Leads me to believe it is a stolen phone.
