Q: Why does the middle of my screen no longer work with this case on?

Q: May I please get a removal tool? I didnt got one in my order

A removal tool isn’t necessary. Just use your fingernail at any of the 4 corners and pry up. The back isn’t hard to remove.

Q: Compatible with a model S5?

Yes, it is compatible with apple watch series 5. There are 2 sizes of S5: 40mm and 44mm, please choose the correct version for your watch. Thank you for your support.
