Love this product! I was afflicted with plantar warts for the past several months, and during the healing period, this product was a lifesaver which instantly cooled my feet, and kept the skin soft to promote better healing. It sprays from any angle, and ingredients are natural. I also had another cortisone product for itching, but that really stung the open skin areas and hurt; so this was a much better product! Very soothing. Now, it will coat your skin with a white spray, which will eventually dry, and will leave a healing residue on your skin~if you do use it on your feet, have shoes nearby so once it dries (about 5 minutes) you can put shoes back on right away as the product will make your skin slippery. Strongly recommend for hot feet, sore feet and painful feet, buy 2 or 3 as they don't last too long if you have continuous symptoms or chronic foot issues.

It works as intended for what I need it to di but it only lasted 2 weeks as much as it cost.I only use it at night before going to bed and sometimes on the weekend when I will be outside walking for hours on end. Other than that, I don’t use it multiple times a day. I don’t spray a lot either. I spray on one foot and then use the other foot to massage it.Wished it was a bit cheaper.

This spray relieves foot pain, tingling, burning sensation that my feet get at the end of the day. I just spray and elevate them and I can find my happy place once again.

I have terrible back and leg pain. Even pain meds didn't touch it. My sister bought this on a whim. Within 15-20 minutes I could stand in the kitchen and make dinner. I use the pill form a few times a day to help with my Fibromyalgia and Arthritis pain. I came across the for and leg spray-this is excellent for my knees and my Mom's RLS. Very happy with all their products.
