I have some Hyper X Clouds, and the cord ends in a 3.5mm jack, so there is no way for my pc to pick up the Cloud's mic. I bought this cable to split the 3.5mm jack in to two 3.5mm jacks, one for the mic and the other for the headphones. The cable worked perfectly first time, and is a reasonable price and length.

Got this for my 11 year old so he could move away from the pc when needed, initially I struggled to find any splitter with a cord longer than the usual 5, 6 inches. Was a bit sceptical about the price but it arrived, I plugged it into the pc and haven't had any problems since, sound is great, both input and output, definitely recommend.

If you're planning on using this to listen to two different devices through one headset (for me, it's so I can hear my ps4 while on discord on pc) then, word of warning, I had to fiddle with it a little to get both sound inputs come through in both ears. Also, the cable combining the two inputs is super short so I had to put an extender on the one going into my controller too.If using the product as intended however, it works just fine!!

I can't really differentiate between the sound quality with and without the splitter, so I'd say it does the job. I'm not that pedantic though, and my headphones are not super expensive - Steelseries Arctis 3 for about £80. Some people with more expensive headsets might find a difference, however.

Basically a very simple product that either works or does not. However, for the price this is a top quality product. I would certainly buy it again if the need arises.

Thinner than expected cable but feels good quality and works great with my steelseries gaming headphones. Would buy again and good price
